Lab 2: Sleepless Nights?

In class on Monday you were asked to report how much sleep you got the night before. From these data, our reserach question is:

• Do Cal Poly students tend to get fewer than 8 hours of sleep at night?

Goals: To analyze a quantitative response variable using numerical and graphical summaries, and then using simulation and theory-based methods to make inferences about a population mean, considering several possible population shapes.
