• Verify that the population mean and standard deviation are again close to 8 and 1.5 respectively.
• Check the Show Sampling Options box.
• Set the Number of Samples to 1000.
• Set the Sample Size to match our class survey.
• Press Draw Samples.
• Change the pull-down menu to Less Than and specify the observed sample mean for our class in the box, then press Count.
• Overlay the Normal distribution.
• Take a screen capture of the new null distribution with the count output and paste into your report.
