Use
the Edit/Paste Data button to enter your own data values. Type the
variable name in the first line but don't use numbers or
they become part of the data set!.
- The
Bin Width setting
allows you to change the number of bins used in the histogram or use
the slider.
- There
are two example data sets: Interval times between eruptions at Old
Faithful for a sample of 222 taken during August 1978 and August 1979
and weights of members of the 2008 Men's Olympic Rowing team.
- Use
the Axes
button to set the axis limits or you can use the grey boxes at the
edges of the graph window.
